What counts as an active client?
Anyone who booked with you that month, plus everyone on an active membership. A client on your list who didn't book and has no membership doesn't count.
Can I start with the free listing and upgrade later?
Yes. Get listed first and switch the studio software on whenever you're ready — everything you've already set up stays exactly where it is.
Is there a contract?
No. The software is billed monthly and you can cancel any time. If you cancel, your studio stays listed on Loop for free and your Loop bookings carry on.
What does Loop take from my own clients?
Nothing. Bookings and memberships from your own clients are yours — membership payments go straight to your account by card, no Loop fee.
How is the software billed?
Monthly, by card. Every invoice, with the client blocks and each add-on line, sits in Plan & billing in your dashboard.
Do I need extra hardware?
